Resale is absolutely NOT permitted on third-party selling platforms like Amazon, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace. Resale is only permitted in-person and/or on a retailer’s independent website.


Minimum Opening Order/Reorder: $75 USD (before shipping costs)

Minimum Quantities: minimum 10 items per design/style and color option(s) must be ordered.


Payments will be processed exclusively through our website, an invoice will be email.


Our fulfillment time for wholesale orders ranges from 1-5 business days. If your order requires special attention - like additional packaging or barcoding - that could extend our fulfillment time on your order. 

If you need an order expedited, we are usually able to accommodate that—please email to request expedited fulfillment.


We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If your order is damaged in transit or you received defective items, we are committed to replacing those so that you receive the entirety of your order in good condition. To have your order/items replaced, please email with images of the damaged or defective items within 2 days from delivered date.


All items should be displayed and sold in their original packaging. All items packaged as sets must be sold as sets. Removing items from their original packaging or breaking up sets may result in denial of future orders. The only exception to this policy will be noted in correspondence and/or invoice, which may be removed from their packaging to be hung on hooks.


Retailers are permitted to use our product photography for their own websites and social media channels. If you choose to do this, we ask that you provide attribution to @sirenasisters for all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, and @sirenasisters on Twitter). Failure to provide attribution may result in denial of future orders and in some cases, filing DMCA copyright takedowns.

Photos may be downloaded directly from our website listings for use ONLY by our retailers.

Please also note that failing to provide attribution can hurt both Sirena Sisters and the retailer’s reputation. In the past, we have had online followers find Sirena Sisters items on retailers’ social media pages and then message us to let us know that this retailer is stealing Sirena Sisters designs or product photography. To avoid this, we ask for clear and visible attribution when using Sirena Sisters product photography.
