Substituting an item PRIOR to shipping:

We inspect each item prior to packaging to guarantee only quality items are sent. Any item(s) that arrives damaged/broken please take clear photos of each item and email it immediately with your order # to firstname.lastname@example.org within WITH IN 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Damage from wear is not covered.
Damaged package (caused damage to item(s)):
If the package/box is damaged and it caused the item(s) to be damaged then take clear photos (package/box and item(s)) and email it immediately to email@example.com WITHIN 1 DAY OF RECEIPT.
